The website zahlenperhandyrechnung.at is intended to make the new service "Paying with your mobile phone bill" known to a broad public in Austria in order to promote this payment method. Since this is in the interest of the entire industry, the three Austrian mobile network operators A1, Drei and Magenta have jointly launched this initiative and are financing this website.

The aim of the website is to provide information on the payment function "Paying with your mobile phone bill" with equal consideration of all network operators and market participants. Interested companies are invited to participate in this initiative at any time.

Consumer dispute resolution / universal arbitration board

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
