What is "Pay by cell phone bill"?

"Pay by cell phone bill" is a payment service offered by the Austrian mobile phone providers A1, Drei and Magenta. All customers with a mobile phone contract can use this service. Billing then takes place via the mobile phone bill.

When will I receive my cashback?

A1, Drei and Magenta will automatically issue you with a credit note of a maximum of €5 for your first purchase on your mobile phone bill after the end of the promotion. Note: Please note your billing cycle, the credit may therefore only be visible on the subsequent bill.

What do I do if the changeover does not work?

A block by the mobile network operator could prevent the changeover. The block must first be removed in your network operator's service portal in order to take part in the campaign.
